Albion Online: Two simple changes to encourage world PVP

From my experience as an avid PVP player. I have found two fundamental things that if changed, will drastically encourage world PVP, both roams and ganks alike.

1: Make sounds carry further(or at least make the distances you can hear thing even in all four directions).
Currently if you are riding a horse just south of a players camera you can be almost right next to him and he can hear nothing, while you can hear abilities from a long ways off any PVP player with any experience will not use Albion Online Silver while looking for a fight.
I believe increasing the range you can hear both horses, gathering, and footsteps will only encourage more world PVP while staying fair to all types of players. This will also help to balance my second suggestion.

2: Make the silence timer from dismounting shorter.
Currently the only way to go looking for PVP in on foot, which may have made a lot of sense on the territories from the last beta, but with the size of the current maps walking on foot is just too slow.
If players were able to look for a fight on horseback and be able to fight in a reasonable amount of time after a dismount, there would be a lot more world PVP.

Well you have obviously been playing them wrong. Any weapon with threatening strike and an aoe can easily maintain aggro on multiple mobs, flail isn't even considered a good tank weapon cuz of the small aoe and hefty cd. Just grab a great hammer, threatening strike one mob, then charge through the rest and you'll probably aggro them for the full fight.

There's no cc role in a pve party, nor is there a weapon that can maintain constant cc on mobs. 1~2 tanks with a healer can easily tank with albion online silver farming, kite mobs while maintaining aggro. If the tanks only job is to tank the boss, I wonder what he does throughout the rest of the dungeon.

There is. A party can bring any role they want and cc will be a crucial thing in harder PvE parts of the game. Its definetelly not the tanks job to hold aggro from 2-3 AOE dps. No tank can do this. The tanks job is to keep aggro from 1-2 stronger mobs. Its impossible otherwise cause 2 frost bombs into 8 mobs and what shall the tank do? Sometimes you can build good aoe aggro but in a longer fight you do loose aggro from most mobs if the dps is decent.

Classic CC suporters would be arcane mages with black hole, frost mages, knock back xBow builds, some flails/hammers/maces can do a wonderfull job in CC'ing and kiting mobs.
